Now Open to the Public!

Information: 

• Membership costs are $100 for Adults, $150 for families, and $75 for Seniors (55+). Memberships are annual and run from January through December.
• The VFC is open for community use Monday through Friday from 6:00 AM to 7:30 AM and 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. It is not open on non-instructional days or inclement weather days.
• Memberships are available for Frederic residents and parents/guardians of open-enrolled Frederic students. Children must be accompanied by a parent/guardian at all times.
• Members will be given a key fob to access the VFC upon signing the agreement form and making the membership payment. Only one key fob will be given per membership.
• Members shall abide by all the safety guidelines and regulations set forth by the VFC while using the equipment and facility.
• Members must wear clean and dry athletic shoes while using the VFC and must sanitize their equipment after use, clean their area, and return it to its proper spots.
• Members must only utilize the fitness center, not the gymnasiums or other parts of the school building.
• Respect for others using the fitness center is expected. The goal is to ensure everyone's safety, and they have the right to stop any actions they see as unsafe..
• Members agree to be finically responsible for any misuse of equipment.
• Members agree that the Frederic School District is not liable for injuries sustained while utilizing the VFC.
